Software Architect
Requirements are:
- At least 8 years of software development and team leadership experience
- Ability to think, adapt and innovate while working on software projects
- Strong object-oriented design skills. experience with UML, design patterns such as MVC and other design concepts
- Experience with as many of the following technologies:
.NET, SQL Server, Java, Struts, EJB, Hibernate, Spring, MySQL, PHP, Apache/Tomcat, JBoss
- Deep understanding of SDLC and Development methodologies
- Strong technical leadership skills- ability to brainstorm and lead group discussions, make design choices, review design documents and comment etc.
- Experience with code review techniques and re-factoring
Software Developer
Requirements are:

At least 4 years of project development experience
- Strong object-oriented design skills, experience with UML, design patterns such as MVC and other design concepts
- Understanding of SDLC concepts and experience authoring Functional Specifications and/or Technical Design documents
- Ability to work in a team and yet work with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Specialization- experience in as many of the tools/technologies in one or more of the following areas:
- .NET- VB.NET, C#.NET, SQL Server, ADO.NET, IIS, Crystal Reports, VS.NET as IDE
- Java – Core Java, Struts or Hibernate/Spring, EJB, Tomcat/Apache/JBoss,
MySQL, NetBeans or Eclipse as IDE
- LAMP/WAMP- PHP 5, MySQL, Tomcat/Apache, CodeIgnitor or other similar tools
CAD Team Lead
Requirements are:
- Strong AutoCAD skills and at least 8 years of experience with the tool
- Other tools such as 3D Studio Max
- Good command over English to interact with international customers
- At least 5 years of experience in Interior Design, Architecture & Structural drawings
- Experience in Engineering and Mechanical drawings will be added advantage
- Ability to read and follow new design standards and check drawings for conformance
CAD Engineer
Requirements are:
- At least 3 years of experience with AutoCAD tool
- Having work experience in Interior Design & Architecture will be added advantages
- Willing to work night shift
- Communication skills will be an added advantage
- Qualification: DCE, DME, BE (CIVIL or MECHANICAL)
